Robin’s Thoughts:
This was the first book that I have ever read by Nikki Groom and the one statement that I can say is WOW! As I have been on a bit of an MC romance kick here recently this one was a surprise as it was two strong independent characters are being brought to the table. The flow of the story kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page and I *SPOILERS* Ha you thought I would tell you! NOT GO READ it yourself you will not be disappointed.
Sadie Foster grabbed you by the collar of your shirt from the very first chapter of this book and never let you go. She is on a mission to rid the world of men who think they can get away with assaulting little girls. I loved that this character was so bold and not afraid to take care of herself and to fight back. Sadie is strong, sassy and independent woman. Not the typical girl in distress thank goodness.
Enter Ramsey Dalton, Vice President of the Reno Steel Souls MC, a typical alpha male, ruthless who is all about his club, a shoot first doesn’t need any questions asked male who just want to make sure things are going right. While Ramsey and his brother did not have the easy childhood the President of the Steel Souls helped them out. (I So hope that we learn more about Ruckus in the next book) Ramsey wants Sadie from the first moment he sees her. But is this a good thing or will it lead to being a huge distraction for him in his duties to the MC?
I highly recommend Sparks in the Ashes for any MC romance readers out there. You will love it just make sure you are 18+.

My only warning … Goodness what a cliffhanger! Which totally comes out of Left field!
Mixing in some other rival MCs, romance and revenge and it is a wonderful rainy day read where you can just curl up and finish an entire book! Can’t wait for book 2 in this hot new series!
